1. Everyday use

Browsing, messaging, work, gaming, watching video and lawful file downloads are not abuse in themselves. This policy describes responsible use of the LiteConnect website and principles for using the future client.

It supplements the terms of use. Applications will also be subject to the documents published with their releases.

2. Traffic and provider limits

This policy does not set a gigabyte allowance, connection speed or device limit for your VPN connections. LiteConnect does not provide VPN servers or sell access to them.

Traffic allowances, acceptable load, subscription validity and device limits are set by your chosen provider or server administrator. Follow their rules. High traffic volume alone is not a violation of this policy.

3. Authorised access and key security

Use servers you own or access their owner has lawfully granted you. Share configurations only with the owner’s permission and in accordance with the provider’s terms.

Treat keys and subscription links like passwords. Do not include them in public messages, screenshots or reports. If a key is exposed, ask its owner to replace or revoke it.

4. Prohibited abuse

You must not use the LiteConnect website or client for the following activities:

  • Denial-of-service attacks, interference with other people’s systems or security testing without the owner’s permission.
  • Spam, phishing, malware distribution, data theft or account theft.
  • Fraud, impersonation or bypassing legitimate safeguards to obtain unauthorised access.
  • Distributing illegal material, exploitation, harassment or infringement of other people’s rights, including intellectual property rights.

5. Automated website requests

Ordinary indexing and reasonable automated access to public pages are allowed when they do not interfere with the website and follow published technical limits.

You must not deliberately overload the website, evade rate limits, enumerate private addresses or attempt to obtain non-public data. Security testing requires prior agreement on its scope and conditions.

6. Responding to violations

When there is a threat or excessive load, we may rate-limit requests or restrict an offender’s access to our own website infrastructure. Where possible, we will first ask for the activity to stop or the problem to be resolved; urgent protection may require an immediate restriction.

These measures concern LiteConnect resources. This policy does not mean LiteConnect controls external VPN servers, disconnects your tunnels or cancels provider subscriptions. A provider’s actions are governed by its own terms.

7. Reviewing a restriction

If you believe a restriction is mistaken or want to report abuse, contact support: @litevpn_manager. Describe what happened, the approximate time and the public page address if relevant. We will review the circumstances and whether the restriction is necessary.

Do not send active keys, passwords, full subscription links or other people’s personal data. Your mandatory rights remain unchanged. The current version of this policy is published here with its update date.
