1. Website and product
These terms cover the current LiteConnect website: product information, release availability and website materials. LiteConnect is preparing its first release. Listing a platform on the website does not by itself mean an application is already available for it.
LiteConnect is being developed as a client for keys and subscriptions obtained independently by the user. The terms, licence and data handling information for each application will be published with its corresponding release.
2. The client and your VPN provider
On this website, LiteConnect does not sell VPN access, issue keys, provide servers or accept subscription payments. Future connections will require a compatible configuration from your provider or server administrator.
Pricing, validity, available servers, limits and refunds for that access are governed by your agreement with the provider. These website terms do not change the provider’s obligations to you.
3. Configurations and keys
Use only configurations and servers you are authorised to access. Follow their owner’s terms, including any rules on sharing keys with other people.
Do not publish active keys, subscription links or passwords. The current website has no form for uploading them. When contacting support, describe the problem and remove secrets from any supporting materials.
4. Acceptable use
Use the website and product in accordance with applicable law and other people’s rights. The Fair Use policy supplements these terms by describing acceptable activities, prohibited abuse and how to raise concerns about restrictions.
You must not use LiteConnect resources for attacks, fraud, malware distribution, spam or unauthorised access. Fair Use provides further examples.
5. Availability and compatibility
Development information and release availability may change. Check the relevant release description for compatibility with a particular format, device or provider.
We do not promise uninterrupted website operation, a predetermined connection speed or access to every external resource. External servers, networks and services depend on their operators and connection conditions. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Materials and third-party components
The rights to original website materials and LiteConnect branding belong to their respective rights holders. Using the website does not transfer exclusive rights to those materials. You may link to the website and use its materials where permitted by law or the rights holder.
Third-party names, links and components remain subject to their own terms and licences. Mentioning a third-party product does not imply that its owner endorses LiteConnect. Open-source components are governed by their respective licences.
7. Responding to violations
If requests threaten security or interfere with the website, we may restrict those requests to LiteConnect infrastructure. Measures should be proportionate to the issue; an urgent threat may require action before notice can be given.
These terms do not give LiteConnect control over your subscription with an external provider. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Your mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain available.
8. Changes and contact
The current version is published on this page with its update date. Material changes to the terms or product operation should be reflected in the relevant documents. A new version does not by itself cancel rights that have already arisen.
